A short, specific message is much easier to act on than a long one. If you can, include:

• The URL of the page you're writing about.
• The exact sentence or claim in question.
• What you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one.
• Whether you're happy for us to credit you if we make a change.

What we can't help with

Being clear about this saves everyone time:

• Veterinary advice. We can't assess, diagnose or advise on an individual dog — not by email, and not at all. If your dog is unwell, contact your veterinarian; if it's urgent or out of hours, contact an emergency veterinary service.
• Orders, deliveries and refunds for products we write about. We're a publisher, not a retailer. We don't sell, ship, stock or fulfil any product, and we have no access to any seller's order system. Contact the company you bought from.
• Free product placements. We don't publish paid or gifted recommendations dressed up as editorial. If we ever cover a product you make, it will be on our terms and disclosed.
• Guest posts and link requests. We don't accept unsolicited guest articles or paid link insertions.

What to expect

We read what comes in, and we prioritise corrections above everything else. We can't promise a response time, and we won't pretend to run a staffed support line — we'd rather be honest about that than publish a service-level commitment we can't keep. If your message is about a factual error, expect us to check the source before we reply.

What we don't operate

We don't have a customer phone line, a live chat service, or a physical office or mailing address for enquiries, so you won't find those listed here. Email is the way to reach us. If a legal or formal notice requires additional contact details, our terms and privacy policy set out how those matters are handled.
